Today is gorgeous!

I woke up and started thinking about dessert per usual.

I had seen some recipes for pudding online and I decided to wing it and not even use a recipe OR any measuring tools.

I got my food processor out.

Cut up a medium sized avocado.

Threw it in.

Eyeballed some cocoa powder…I’m guessing it was like 1/3 of a cup? I couldn’t tell you.

I squeezed some agave in.

Blended it up.

 

 

 

 

Creamy.

 

Pretty tasty.

Here’s my consensus. I’m not a huge fan of avacado to begin with, so personally I could taste it a little bit and I didn’t care for that part. But the after taste is sweet and chocolatey! Pretty amazing!

Also, it’s better cold!
